TomboyX accepts all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Other payment methods such as PayPal are also accepted. During the checkout process, the supported payment methods are displayed on the screen. If you pay with Shop Pay, you can sign up for SMS notifications as well. Once your order leaves the warehouse, a link is sent to watch its progress, so you'll know exactly when it will show up at your door. Pick your desired shipping method at checkout, and the rest is handled. Please note that the system processes orders immediately, which means no changes can be made once you have placed it and orders are usually unable to be stopped from processing and shipping. If the shipment is able to be stopped, an email confirming cancellation of the order is sent and any charges made are reversed. Should the order ship, an email containing tracking information is sent. Payments made via PayPal are immediate, so if an order was canceled, a refund is issued. Credit Card Payments are only charged upon dispatch of your order, so if your order has been canceled, you will not be charged. TomboyX has a Love at First Wear Guarantee for first-time underwear orders. If the first pair of underwear is not satisfactory, customers can contact them within 45 days and they will provide a refund or store credit without requiring a return. This guarantee does not apply to multipacks of underwear, apparel, bras, or swimwear.

For other items, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date if they are unwashed, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Underwear must be unworn to be eligible for return or exchange. All other items, including bras, swimwear, and loungewear, can be tried on and are eligible for return or exchange.

Once a return is scanned by the carrier and on its way back, a refund, store credit, or exchange order is automatically issued. All final sale products are ineligible for a return or exchange unless required by law.

For international customers, they are responsible for any and all shipping charges related to returns. International orders are not eligible for exchange.

As for the shipping policy, customers can choose their desired shipping method at checkout. Once an order leaves the warehouse, a link is sent to track its progress. The options for shipping speed are Standard Shipping (5-7 business days via DHL/USPS) and Express Shipping (3-4 business days via DHL/USPS).
